Caloira do Curso de Design de Moda, na Universidade da Beira Interor, Lilana parece uma mosquinha morta à primeira vista, subjugada ao estilo "Emo", mas que após uma observação mais profunda, revela a Luz que em si existe. Super divertida e bastante fotogénica, Lilly encanta quem a conhece com as suas gargalhadas e o seus olhos verdes estonteantes, transportando-nos para pensamentos menos dignos.
Esta sessão integra um tarbalho para a Unidade Curricular de Desenho e Representação.

Forever no more

No more invisible speechless, deaf and blind child
With neglected pleasures being addicted to denial
Floating through time, gravitating towards a warm arm
With an appetite for the emptiness that promises no harm

No more uncontrollable eruptions of emotional depression a
Primal S.O.S from the barren prison of selfless expressions that only
The guilty with innocent
Souls-know buried in social scar tissue of defective ego

No more relentless sifting through body seeking self
Settling through competitive combat for what’s left on the shelf. A
Mad melee of supply and demand driven by gullible pride that
Leads to sedating the you that suffocates inside

No more-forever no more-because I’ve unshut my eyes and the
Difference between God’s Word and Man’s Wills was realized seeing
Opposing parallel lives some liquid, other frozen. Let me to never
Seek from man what God has chosen

Then the negative whispering subsided and the panicking ceased
The undercurrent suppression of pent – up terror was released seeing
Mystery of the unknown manifested pristine clear A positive message
Of truth entered my ear

Now, across my face is a brand new smile
With a newly revealed meaning of a “Destine Child”
A message of hope is being released from my heart
And I am overwhelmed with dedication to do my part

All I ever wanted was to be as I once was – unbounded
Somehow it got all twisted and before long sounded
As though life was a continuous connive-thrive-drive
Choking out the simple joy of just being alive

Now I am filled with love and I sing a love song
A song for yesterday, today, tomorrow and beyond
My new prayer is – thank you God for setting me free

Covilhã Cidade Neve...

E pronto, diz que no fim de semana passado nevou na Covilhã, para agrado de muitos estudantes que habitam na cidade neve! Mas não foi a única, no resto do país houve imensas cidades que ficaram intrasitaveis e muitas escolas nem chegaram a abrir, tal como aconteceu com a Universidade da Beira Interior.
O certo, é que muita gente saiu á rua para brincar com a neve e ter uma desculpa plausível para colocar aqueles gorros e luvas que não se usavam há muito tempo, sobre o pretexto de estar frio. Deixamos de ligar se parecemos gordos com tanta roupa, se nos conseguimos mexer ou se temos o pijama por baixo da roupa, pois o que importa é estar protegido e confortável, enquanto se faz o boneco de neve ou se escorrega rua abaixo, voluntariamente ou não.

R.I.P. Dear Brittany

Brittany Murphy morreu ao vigésimo dia do mês de dezembro de 2009. Deixou a meio uma brilhante carreira, que apesar de ser maioritariamente conhecida pelo público em geral graças à sua participação no filme "8 Mile", deixa marcas em filmes como:
Girl Interrupted;
Uptouwn Girls;
Sin City;
Spun;
Little Black Book;
Sidewalks of New York;
Tribute;

Decerto que o seu riso rouco, os seus lábios carnudos e olhar de menina triste serão sentidos em Hollywoode no resto do mundo, pois nenhuma actriz da sua geração nos faz rir e chorar ao mesmo tempo tempo como ela nos faz.
